Thank you for choosing our products! As each item is custom-made to order, we aim to be transparent about our refund and returns process.

Custom Orders

Our products are tailored specifically for you, which means they fall under the customised goods exception in Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This exemption means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is in production.

Colour Variations

Due to the nature of print and paint mixing processes, as well as screen display differences, exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed. Slight variations in colour between the product and digital previews or paint samples are normal and are not considered faults. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or returns due to colour discrepancies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. You can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply provide photographic evidence of the issue by emailing us at [Your Contact Email], and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns

As our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than damage or defects.
